TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. DEPOSITS:
    1. All deposits are non-refundable.
  2. CANCELLATION FEES:
    1. Up to 24 hours in advance of scheduled pickup: 100% of the deposit.
    2. Within 24 hours or less in advance of scheduled pickup: Fee equal to the total trip cost including gratuity will be charged for Sedan and SUV services.
    3. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
  3. PAYMENTS AND OVERTIME
    1. Minimum 50% Deposit upon booking.
    2. Balances to be paid in full to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run.
    3. All hourly rates are subject to a 3-hour minimum and are billed and processed once the hourly job is over with provided credit card on file.
    4. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet.
  4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
      1. The company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter.
      2. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the Limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.
      3. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
      4. Any fines will be paid for by the customer.
      5. Not responsible for delays or the termination of the ride due to traffic or weather-related caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e., not salted, accidents, etc.
      6. Not responsible for articles left in the Limousine.

BY RECEIVING THIS AGREEMENT BY: BOOKING A RIDE AND CLICKING ON THE TERMS AND AGREEMENT CHECK BOX, BY MAIL AND/OR EMAIL, AND/OR IN PERSON YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY MY BLACK SUV LLC, TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PRIVACY POLICY, AND LAWS IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
