One that centers around safe driving, clean, luxurious vehicles, COVID safe Protocols, reliable drivers, and a fair price. Joe aims to fill the void he saw in San Diego’s private car service after an unsatisfactory experience with a large rideshare platform.

My Black SUV recently expanded its fleet and is now covering San Diego, Los Angeles to Las Vegas. Joe is a retired City of San Diego employee of 22 years, earning the reputation of a trusted member of his community and a reliable friend.
